Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how TeenJobz (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares
information when you use our mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to
this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: such as name, email address, phone number, and profile details you provide when you register or update your profile.
- User content: job listings, messages, bids, photos or attachments you choose to upload, and similar content you submit through the App.
- Location information: with your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location to show nearby jobs and improve the map experience. You can disable location in your device settings; some features may not work without it.
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic logs, and information about how you interact with the App (e.g., crashes, feature usage).
- Notifications: if you opt in, we collect a push notification token so we can send alerts about messages, job updates, or account activity.
- Payment-related information: if we offer payments in the future, payment details may be processed by a third-party processor; we generally do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the App and our services;
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- Display jobs on a map, enable chat between users, and facilitate connections;
- Send transactional messages, support responses, and (if you opt in) marketing or promotional communications;
- Monitor security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
- Analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form to improve the product.
3. How we share information
We may share information:
- With other users: content you post (e.g., job details, profile information visible in the App) is shared as you choose within the App.
- With service providers: vendors that host data, send notifications, analyze crashes, or provide infrastructure, bound by contractual obligations.
- For legal reasons: if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, us, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing in the traditional sense of “selling” personal data under applicable U.S. state laws, except as disclosed at collection or as you authorize.
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law,
resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and
operational retention requirements.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact
us so we can delete it.

- Opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link (transactional messages may continue).
- Disable location, notifications, or other permissions in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights under local privacy laws (e.g., access, portability, objection, restriction). Contact us to exercise those rights.
8. International users
If you use the App from outside the country where our servers or service providers are located, your information
may be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data protection rules.
9. Third-party links and services
The App may contain links to third-party sites or integrate third-party SDKs. Their practices are governed by their
own policies; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
